Double/Twin £60.00 to £70.00 per room per night

Single Occupancy £35.00 to £45.00 per room per night

Additional adult/child sharing a room £20.00 to £30.00 per night

Prices for Cheltenham Racecourse or the National Hunt Festival available on request

Booking information

• Single occupancy for Saturday ONLY bookings may be charged at room rate.
• A minimum booking of 2 nights applies for Bank Holidays and Special Events.
• Usually we accept bookings in good faith without a deposit. However for advanced bookings of 3 or more nights we may ask for one.
• Arrival time is between 4pm and 6.30pm.  If you wish to check in outside these times please call in advance to discuss. 
• If you have not arrived by 7pm without contacting us. We will assume that the accommodation is no longer required and we may re-let the room.
• We expect guests to vacate their room by 10:30 on the morning of departure.
• We are closed for the Christmas and New Year period.
• We ask guests to respect that this is a family run business and that you are guests in our home.

Cancellations

• If for any reason you need to cancel your booking, we ask you to let us know as soon as you can, so that the accommodation can be offered to others.
• If we have to cancel a booking due to exceptional circumstances (illness, injury, damage to property etc), we will contact you as soon as possible, so that you can make alternative arrangements. We do not accept any additional liability.
